What we do with your information
1. The term “Personal Information” as used herein is defined as any information that identifies or can be used to identify, contact or locate the person to whom such information pertains. The Personal Information that we collect will be subject to this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.
2. When you register for X5 DEALS (K3 Partners, LLC) we ask for your email address.
3. X5 DEALS (K3 Partners, LLC) uses the information we collect for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research.

By entering into our User Agreement, you agree that, with respect to other users’ Personal Information that you obtain through X5 DEALS (K3 Partners, LLC) or through a X5 DEALS (K3 Partners, LLC)-related communication or X5 DEALS (K3 Partners, LLC)-facilitated transaction, X5 DEALS (K3 Partners, LLC) hereby grants to you a license to use such information only for X5 DEALS (K3 Partners, LLC)-related communications that are not unsolicited commercial messages. X5 DEALS (K3 Partners, LLC) does not tolerate spam. Therefore, without limiting the foregoing, you are not licensed to add the name of someone who has purchased an item from you, to your mail list (email or physical mail) without their express consent.

When you sign up you provide personal information which we collect and use. For the check-out process we also collect your credit card information. Only use your X5 DEALS (K3 Partners, LLC) customers’ information for X5 DEALS (K3 Partners, LLC)-related communications, unless they give you permission otherwise. Don’t spam anyone!

Security
The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information, such as credit card number on our registration form, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Credit card details are stored encrypted using AES-256 encryption. As a level 1 PCI-DSS compliant service provider we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. You own your data and we will respect that. We won’t try and compete with you or write to your customers.

Billing & Cancellation
X5 Deals charges customers on the same day each billing cycle that the subscription was originally created. For example, a customer subscribed to a monthly plan on the 10th will be billed on the 10th of each month. After billing cycle has begun, customer can not be refunded for that billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle.

Data Subject Rights (DSR)
Currently we plan to handle DSR requests (such as delete and export) manually. If you have an account with us, you may access, correct, or request that we delete your personal data by contacting contact@x5deals.com.
These request(s) can include personal data of other individuals (such as your members) that you have provided to us and who have requested this of you. We will respond to these requests ASAP and definitely within the GDPR requirement of 30 days.

Application Security
All access to X5 DEALS backend is secured over SSL (HTTPS), which ensures the information is encrypted. We regularly run an internal security audit which includes:
Review of all personnel security access;
Ensure all personnel has read, understands, and signed our customer data NDA and procedures document;
All personnel will be updated on all security measures pertaining to their roles;
Review of backup procedures for all stored media;
Review of all 3rd party subprocessors.

Security Breach Notification
If a breach is discovered we will first patch the breach and start assessing the extent of what happened. Within 24 hours of the patch fix we will notify all customers on file by email and via in-app messages.

The new European General Data Protection Regulation (known as the ‘GDPR’) goes into effect on May 25, 2018. We can assure you that Private Internet Access VPN service is now fully compliant with GDPR.
We have updated our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy which also go into effect on May 25, 2018, to comply with the new requirements of GDPR.
